I have had my policies with Volk’s for almost 9 years now. I have never been disappointed with service or rates. Any time I call to rate check or make a payment I am treated with the utmost respect. When I call they know who I am by name and they are quick to pull up my policy in question. I have referred my family and they all say the same thing. Best insurance agency in Joplin!! They work hard to get you the coverage you need at an affordable price!! Wished I’d gone there years ago.
